These Terms govern the RoofReplacementPalmBay.com website and its phone referral line. Any roofing work is agreed directly between you and an independent contractor, whose own estimate, contract, warranty, or other terms apply to that work.

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and RoofReplacementPalmBay.com ("this site," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover roofreplacementpalmbay.com, its phone line that connects callers with local roofing contractors, and any related emails (together, the "Services").

By visiting the Website or calling the referral line, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement. If you call on behalf of a landlord, property manager, condo or homeowners association, business, or another owner, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that party.

2. Roofing Information and Referral Calls

The Website gives general roofing information and a single phone number that connects callers in Palm Bay, Florida with independent local roofing contractors. This site is not a roofing contractor and does no roofing work. Calling the number or speaking with a contractor does not form a service contract, book an appointment, set a price, or promise that a contractor is free to take the job or that a given roof problem can be found or fixed.

Scheduling, scope, inspections, pricing, permits, warranties, payment terms, and every other part of a roofing job are settled directly between you and the contractor, through its estimate, contract, or other communication. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of this site, and this site does not oversee, endorse, or warrant their work. Before work begins, look up the business and its qualifying individual on the Florida DBPR Verify a License search.

You agree to give correct contact, property, and roof details during the call and to update them if they change. You are responsible for getting consent from an owner, tenant, manager, occupant, or anyone else whose consent is needed to arrange roof work or to share their information.

3. Safety and Emergency Limitations

Neither the Website nor the referral line is an emergency service, and neither should be relied on for live safety guidance. If there is a fire, a gas smell, a downed power line, a ceiling that is sagging or falling, structural danger, water reaching outlets or light fixtures, or any other immediate hazard, leave the area when it is safe to do so and call 911, the fire department, the utility company, building management, or another emergency authority.

4. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those places, these exclusions apply only as far as the law permits.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofReplacementPalmBay.com and its owners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, property damage, or personal injury arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Website or referral line, reliance on general Website content, work done or left undone by an independent contractor, a third-party technical service, or unauthorized access, even if told such harm was possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our combined liability for claims arising only from use of the Website or referral line is capped at the lowest level the law allows. This cap does not change liability that cannot lawfully be limited or any agreement you make with a contractor.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the protected parties harmless from third-party claims and reasonable costs that come from your unlawful use, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of someone else's rights, or your sharing of information without the needed authority. This duty does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Discontinuation

We may suspend or end access to the Services when reasonably needed to handle a violation, security risk, legal requirement, abuse, or operating problem. You may stop using the Website or calling the referral number whenever you choose. Terms that by their nature should last beyond termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms, will continue.

We may change, pause, or shut down all or part of the Website or the referral line.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or mandatory consumer protection law applies. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, claims about these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the county in which Palm Bay, Florida is located, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms stops either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using a qualifying small-claims process.

12. General Terms

Changes

These Terms are effective November 2, 2026. We may revise them, and a revised version applies once posted unless it names a later date. Using the Services after that date means you accept it.

Severability and waiver

If a provision cannot be enforced, it will be adjusted only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions stay in effect. Choosing not to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment and entire agreement

You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganization, merger, sale, or other transfer of the Services. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement about the Website, but they do not replace any contract you sign with a roofing contractor.

Interpretation

Headings are only for convenience. "Including" means "including without limitation." Electronic acceptance and records count the same as paper records to the extent the law permits.
